Jeez, I work at a Public Storage, but ours are only ground level. However, it is company policy for a customer to be shown the space before they rent it, even if they don't want to. Whoever helped you wasn't doing their job, obviously.

My diet here has mostly consisted of frappucinos, slices of reduced fat cinnamon swirl coffee cake (the reduced fat is not a draw for me, it just happens to taste better than the regular coffee cake), and Chicago-style bacon cheeseburger thin crust pizzas.
