the third shot had a strobe above the model and slighty to the right, I metered the light at proper exposure with the background about one stop below that.

you'll love your AB's, that's all I use...although I haven't used their ringflash.

Meh, it's been almost 3 months since I too broke it off with mine and my family is still asking me how things are going... Actually that lady must've been drunk on craziness in November b/c I stumbled upon these old profiles I made for my cats (I lost the passwords long before I adopted them away, so I could never get into them anymore)---which caused me to get really upset and oh Lord, she left one of them a lovely birthday testimonial in November. It made me so sad. Sure, you can pm me about it, obviously I haven't known about anything.
