so my mom told me today that i get tattooed to cover up the beautiful and unique person i really am.


then she asked me why i'm not in school persuing medicine like her and my father did.
or teaching, like my siblings.


wah wah wah wah wah..... blackeyed

the closest thing to "regret" that i feel about tattoos is having to have these talks.

My step mom used to ask me constantly why I didn't join the military like my brothers. Only because she didn't want my dad to have to pay for me to go to music school, which they thought was a huge waste.

I am working retail right now. So it probably was a huge waste. But at least they shut up about the military now.

When my mom talks to me about my tattoos she reminds me of how they will look when i am old and wrinkly...what your mom says sounds like a bunch of new age hippe shit.

have you ever like.....REALLY loved a band...

then somehow they fizzle out, and put teh cd somewhere, or you lose it, and you forget how amazing they were?
then you hear a song by them and you're all "holy crap i fucking love that band"

...but you can't find the cd in your collection?
