Subspace for me is kind of euphoric. I'm aware of my surroundings, but not really there. I can take severe amounts of pain. One night, we were playing at a public dungeon we used to go to a lot. I was completely lost in subspace. Another domme walked past and khoos offered to let her use me. She said she was afraid of hurting me. khoos laughed at her.

I agree with creamcuffs - I think you should just settle back and enjoy it. It is a lovely feeling to feel pretty and desirable. Too often we feel just the opposite. Have fun with it and smile.

im working on a series, a body of work that i could show in a gallery with one concise artist statement. they happen to involve food cuz that's just how it all started and i realized it was a great way to play with emotions

That's a tough situation, but if you know yourself and your habits, that's a good first step. If you know that being in said "committed" relationship isn't something you can do, or do right now, then you can't really, in a sense, be with her. Basically if you care about this girl and you want to have her in your life, in whatever way, then it would significantly better not to hurt her.

This isn't to suggest you aren't capable, but if it's not in your nature, it will cause it's on issues because it's changing who you are to suit this situation. In the end, being honest and straight forward with her, as banal and simple as the sounds, is the easiest way to broach this subject with her.

I hope you can find what will both work best for you and make you happy.
