Hey!

Yeah, the air guitar show was hilarious. I'm going to post some pics from the show in "my pics" later today.
Oh, and that storm... wow! Mother nature wanted to bring in Summer in with a bang!

As an ode to Summer and to plagiarise your post, here's my things I wuv about summer:
...outdoor patio dining
...open sun roofs
...frisbee
...Sunday brunch (outdoors now, too.)
...watering the garden
...icy vodka drinks
...cuddling in the ac
...grilling on the barbie
...and walking a few blocks to get some ice cream (or when the ice cream truck comes right to your door).

Just read the Neil Gaiman interview. I really connected with his discussion of how living in America really is a unique experience. I marvel at how involved I am in my own world but really have no idea what is really going on at a deeper level in America or the world. I don't know if anyone does.

nice.

i've been wanting to re-read American Gods - after all this reading about Norse mythology i've been doing, i think i'll appreciate it that much more...
trocc:
it still appears to be in production. no idea when it's supposed to be done or anything, though. maybe you'll find out more on his site.

First day. I'm excited and nervous and a little bit intimidated. I can't wait to learn the site a bit better. But, alas, for today, I must go to bed. Good night!
