I've conquered time by climbing into my time machine and reverting to when my hair was blue grey and pink in January. I miss it. Oh well. Brown, here I come!
Whata matter for you? You give me big swollen head Man with big head can't wear small hat.
I currently shoot with a brand spankin new Canon 20D though most of my stuff was shot with the 10D. I shot Lyric's eye with a Sigma 105mm macro, the only non Canon lens I own. I would be happy to answer any questions you might have for me...although I cannot guarantee the accuracy of my answers just the honesty.
I will start by saying I honestly love the editorial shots you took. I am guessing you shot those with film, Reminds me of fashion spreads I've seen in mags like Flaunt and Sleaze. Keep it up.
And yes you can keep us, but we are kinda high maintanence when we are sick and one of us tends to be kind of gassy...not saying who...
I loved your orange hair...but fret not with those eyes who looks at your hair anyway?
You were cuter before you became a panda on bongos. Still cute though.
I'm graduating from law school in May. I thought about phd in psychology, but 3 years was better than 7 (?). But I miss it. I especially get angry when law professors misuse psy terms, like cognitive dissonance. I had this tort prof. who would always fuck up that word. Annoyed the crap out of me -- yeah I'm a petulant and pedantic dork.
They way I heard the story was that the guy pushing the boulder never dies, it is in fact his eternal punishment to push that boulder and not even death will end it. The key is finding pleasure in pushing that boulder, even though it's pointless and nothing will come of it. All of life is this kind of game, and usually you can go on with this delusion that it is more than a game, but then every once in a while you pierce through the ridiculous of it all and then you just can't play along anymore.
Shit i'm verbose...it's like I just smoked a bowl. At any rate, I hope everything comes together for you to graduate and I feel you on the wasting the day away thing.
The stars look very cold about the sky
And I have grown to love your local star
But now ninos, it is time for me to go inside
I must catch the timetrain
The parabolas are in sympathy
But it grieves me in some slight way
because this has been such fine play
and I'll miss this marvellous accidentalism
Damn, one has to be so freakin smart to do that line of work.
Congrats on that!!!!!
I am going to school to finish my associates at a community college. Will transfer to a school in Denton called TWU. Major in psychology and hopefully go into adolescent psychology to help teenagers with mental crap.
When are you returning to Texas? I am out of school in two weeks then crossing guard ends in May. Will be in Austin for NIN end of may.
Kate, Carl and I are having a closing reception at the gallery this Friday for all the people who either missed the opening reception, or would like to see the show again. I know I haven't updated in a while. But I also know that no one is reading this anyway, except for one person. And that's a maybe.
It's been a hard week. Sometimes you feel like you know everything. Something always will come along to remind you that you don't. When you think you know everything, that part of you that knows you don't has... Read More
I went and got an MRI of my brain done at the new neuro-imaging center on campus. Just for fun.
I was helping a friend with his experiment and in exchange I got some DICOM files of my brain- in other words, I get to look at my brain in 3D. It's a trip.. I put a few simple 2D... Read More
Hey,
You seem cool and all, but I don't accept friend requests from people who don't talk with me. If you actually want to talk to me, great, go for it. If not, that's OK, too. I'l just take you off the request list in a few days.
