@jozsef Oh that sounds awful! I am sorry! I hope its gotten better or you have found ways to avoid it.

Smoking in western countries is down to around 14% now so it's much easier to avoid than it used to be. Nearly all of my friends who did it have quit and it skews toward lower education, intelligence and income anyway so the biggest problem I have with it now is in movies and television. They've pulled out all the stops to make that shit look glamorous but it's so insulting to the audience when the people are shown with cigs who in real life would not smoke that I just lose interest in the show. This is actually a good thing because I spend too much time in front of the screen anyway. 😍

sounds like you just need some practice - and, of course, continue with what feels comfortable for you... back when I was into photography ( before I became the shaky individual I am now ), I was lucky enough to do some photography with/for friends and did my best to keep them comfortable - and, I admit, a little off guard... get some great unexpected photos that way :)
