i am so damned glad its over!

well almost.
theres new years which is ok sort of.
then the dragging on bits.

but its now on the downswing.
about another week and its all good from there on out.
everyone will go back to thier normal lives
and schedules will resume.

whew!

did i mention i really hate "the holidays?"

i have a lot of fucking anger about people using drugs and alcohol right now.

i am not sure what to do with it.

and i am also experiencing strong problems with encountering negative people.
i am especially bothered with seemingly "subtle" negative energies like backhanded
compliments sarcasm, and put downs.

I wish I had a good answer for you, I guess I've just learned to live with it the way a person learns to live with a physical disability. I have cut myself off from anyone close or potentially close to me over the last few years as much as possible and just spend as much time as I can alone. This probably isn't the solution for most people but I find that I am mostly at peace these days.
