kebabski is right about the tea. It's actually a reason why restaurants have those crappy star-lite mints when you exit. To help process the food and to make sure your indigestion belches are quite so foul.
Try the Celestial Seasoning SleepyTime tea. I think it has peppermint and chamomille which are really two good teas for what's ailing you.
