My daughter shared these with me. The argument with her sister was that someone else was playing besides just the one guy. I didn't care. I Liked the music and it seemed fitting for tonight.

the investment in a proper corkscrew is never a wasted investment. Two is even better. one to travel with and one for home. i am actually a performer who wears many costumes, i cannot sew for shit. but rereading my blog i can see how you might've thought i was working the costume end of things.

Merry Christmas everyone.
I hope you get to spend it with the ones you love, even if some of them are dysfuntional. At least it is cold here, making it seem all Christmas like.

All family time for us...lots of watching crap TV, eating too much, drinking too much, playing lots of games and going for long walks in the countryside....Have a great Holiday.

My family definitely qualifies as dysfunctional. Ive been living in Japan for the past 17 months so it was kind of a reunion. We went to my brothers house, watched A Christmas Story (the best christmas movie of all time) and played some poker and for those five hours we passed for a normal family. The car ride home was adventurous, but today we went straight back to our combative ways.

I spent a long time working in retail myself. One of my many stops was Blockbuster. Sometimes you would get a great customer who wanted your opinion and I would give it freely. Then they would come back and ask me again and again. I loved those customers. One good customer can make up for a lot of bad ones. I think it was fantastic that you guys had that shared experience.
