Due to a recent change in my work schedule, tonight was the first night in a very long time that I was able to get off work, pick up the boy, and come home and actually cook dinner, It was a perfect night for me!

Hope every one enjoyed Christmas, I was so tired yesterday, I was in the bed about 9:30 last night. But it was a great day. I did lots of cooking, even more eating. The fam was great, watching all the kids open presents was great. sooo the next question is.... Whats going on for New Years???

Days before Christmas and I still not done shopping, Actually I hate shopping, But I love the Holidays. I actually love cooking for the holidays. I know most people hate that. I made a Red Velvet cake for my job, they loved it, but I was still craving one, so I made another one last night just for me. (and my two year old). Lol....

The weekend was good, I actually did not even party too much. I did however take on a couple of photo projects this weekend and made some money! Thats always a good thing.
