Wow. Total insanity. Guys are like that though. 2 of my friends use to drag my doughy self to the gym and my friends joked they did the Spartan 300 work out. They weren't kidding I practically had to be carried out of that gym. For an hour lifting my arms to drink was hard so they game me a straw lol. But I felt awesome the next day

I have decided that on Monday, I will start doing the P90X workouts. For reals this time. John sent me a link to the female testimonials and I seriously want a body like that. My body has never looked like that even when I was working out back in high school.
