I start my new job here in Vegas next week.

I'm back home. Been busy getting a job, car insurance, writing thank you notes, paying bills, going broke, managing a migraine... oh it's been a fun time in Vegas.
On the up side I did go surfing this week. Not here, obviously, but it's something I managed to do before I left Huntington.

On a very serious note, because I'm starting to stress over this stuff:

OK so I need to apply to grad schools. There are some problems I'm seeing that if anyone has any advice for, please don't hesitate:

- a less than impressive GPA (of course I had mono for 2 years which sucked the life out of my grades, but that's besides the point)...

My car and I are officially licensed in Nevada. Wooo. BUT I'm leaving tomorrow for SoCal, and I don't know when I'll be back. No offense to hot-as-hell desert land. Haha.

Last night at work: check

Finish packing my clothes: check

Stand in awe that I fit it all in my car: check

Grieve over the pain in my back: check

Unplug and pack my computer: ........................... not yet!

Later. Sleep first. Then say my goodbyes to Indiana.
