I am currently looking at the site on my 17" flatscreen monitor, which is hooked up to my brand-spanking new G5.

This weekend I shall upload every single CD I own into my gorgeous new 20 GB iPod.

I just read your post in the Dad thread.

Does your Dad know about the UN Convention for the Rights of the Child? It's the most universally ratified human rights document on the planet, aside from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Every country in the world has ratified it, except for the United States, who's signed, but not ratified.

Anyways it's a pretty powerful document for human rights and has definite statements on children with disabilities. It might help your dad to know about it if he doens't already.

Came clean with my parents about my depression. Turns out, when I told my shrink that there wasn't a history of depression in my family, I was sorely mistaken. My mother has been, as she put it "on every medication you can name." They were very supportive, and it's actually helpful to not feel like a freak anymore.

Normally I don't get homesick, but Thanksgiving is always an exception to that rule.

Thankfully, I'll be going home in about 3 weeks for Christmas vacation.

Saw Hot Water Music last night.

Amazing show.
