1/4 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. soy/rice milk
2 egg replacers or one whole mashed banana
Vegetable oil
Sifted powdered sugar (optional)
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl, beating until smooth. Heat 1/4 inch oil to 375 degrees in a skillet. Cover bottom opening of a funnel with finger. (Funnel with a 3/8 inch opening works best.) Pour 1/4 cup batter into funnel. Hold funnel over skillet. Remove finger from funnel end to release batter into hot oil; remove funnel in a slow, circular motion to form a spiral.
Fry each funnel cake one minute or until edges are golden brown. Turn and fry until golden. Drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining batter. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired. Serve warm. Yield about 1 dozen 5 inch cakes. You can also add a dash of cinnamon or drizzle them with your favorite syrup.

What do you want out of life right now? I would like enough money to pay all of my bills, go to good live shows, and pay for schooling. I'd like to find someone i could sleep comfortably next to, but be ok with not speaking to me for a few days. I want to find something that gives me an ongoing sense of peace and contentment.
Had any interesting dreams lately? Not really recently, i've been burning too hard and fast to sleep. THe only exception was wednesday night, i had nice warm fuzzy dreams of snuggling and such with rob, but i think that was situationally induced.
What do you want to do when you grow up? A super-spy/ninja hacker! Umm, honestly i don't really know, but i hope to never grow up, so maybe this won't apply to me.
So, i didn't make it to the stich & bitch after all, but i have a plant for you that is sitting oh so patiently by my window. I may just take a stroll up to your house and leave it on the porch. Much love and i will see you soon!
