no, but I think that if there isn't really any given proof, or rather, if there is no proof provided in court b/c it's too "secret" to share, than you can't condemn someone for their thoughts. If there was no attempt, no actual planning, than you can't convict someone for their thoughts.

Damn. I just realized I can probably get my parents to send me to Amsterdam for Spring Break for my 21st birthday gift, but I dont have anyone to go with, and everyone elses spring break is in march, while mine is in april.
