A tribute to the weather today, among other things.

It's Raining

It's raining, it's raining - there's nothing you can do
It doesn't only rain on you
But you're acting all upset
Like you're the only one who's wet
It's raining, it's raining - there's nothing we can do
It's raining on me, too
You moan & you cry
But that won't affect the sky
You're not a saint, you're not a saviour
Or a devil, it's agreed.
Oh lucky you, oh lucky me
We've had more of those than we need
It's raining, it's raining, & I can't tell you when
This storm is going to end
So go ahead & cry
But that won't keep you dry

Ooooo! No I think a convertible is definetly just as cool. Probably considerably less frightening as well especially along Big Sur and the extra curvy, cliffy type regions. I think the perfect way would be to be on the back of a bike. This way you could look all the way around you the whole time without having to worry about running off the road or anything.

I'm defininetly taking a motorcylce safety class to learn. Last year I learned to drive a standard because someone said that would help to give me a little leg up. I found a class at a Harley shop near by where they teach you on Buell's. I'm hoping they'll be nice and let me hang aroung and watch them do repairs because I don't want to have a Harley if I can't tinker with it and fix the simple stuff. My ex's brother out in Cali spent every weekend with his gearhead friends tinkering with something. I hung out whenever it was their bikes even though they wouldn't take me very seriously or teach me much. Mostly I had to run in and out fetching beer. Nothings free though right?
