I met my daughters boyfriend .. the first guy to ask her out; was like this; I cannot meet him you will not be allowed to go out with him. The first thing I asked him was ... do you or have you ever used drugs ... coke, meth, acid, blah blah blah. My once liberal views towards drug use have became a hard line .... been there and done that. I informed the youngster just look at me as the male lion and I am looking out for those in the pride. Sometimes love just cannot be expressed ... I am certain other dads know where I am coming from.
