Most people have the weekends off .. Right? Off from what though ? I can't take a weekend off from breathing, eating, get up and laying down ... ( fill in the rest with your own can't take the weekend off from ). Saturday morning I participated with my son at Blue Rock Springs Park; an enviroment clean up day for one of his school classes. Dads need to do these things too, only thing is I was the only dad . A lot of kids should be proud of their mothers for being supportive. Before leaving for the park I had thought to bring along my camera ... a mistake, for not, since we saw deer and Peacocks. So tonight I am being a bit flexible with the teens and allowed them to go to the movie with my niece and some other young ones... time alone for me to do as I please. Another thing that came up was I got laid off Wendsday but Friday was called back... seems that another person that was doing work similar to mine failed a drug test , so being clean and sober has paid off again. Removed some peeps from my friends list . My daughter informed me to wear Vans sneakers because I was still a Rocker ; I love that little girl so much.
