Yeah, quitting anti-depressants is dangerous business especially cold-turkey without the guidance of a doctor. Some of that stuff needs to be tapered off, plus a doctor can tell you what to look for if things are turning for the worse. -Hang in there & keep your chin up. -give your doc a call if you haven't, especially if things aren't improving.

Well, the rest of life is livable. I cant stand my job but of course i must think more positivly and appreciate the fact that i have a job and my bills are paid, well for the most part anyway. Its just tough. I hate the fact that my wonderful little girl has to even feel or experience the kind of pain that comes from having scum for a father. She's better than that. All children are! Its just tough to except that i cant protect her from everything.
