so, ive delved into the dark world of warmachine, an expensive hobby that also serves as a type of wargame, my faction, as usual - is not very subtle, they have heavy armor and they beat peoples faces in, forgive me if I say so but I don't like relying on magic, and yes, in my mind something seems very unreliabe about blue fire flying from my asshole to smite mine enemy... I prefer my mineratures use a giant axe.
While there isn't anything threatening about the word minerature, i have developed a fond love for these "little" hunks of solid metal which - in time of dire emergency could also be used as projectile weapons... or even clubs should zombies ever come knocking on my door.
not that they would I immagine it would be more of a "please sir may i have some more.... brrrraaaaaaaaaiiinnnnsssss"
anyway my ex and I had some conflicting views on religion, that was entertaining, sometimes when you talk to people you realize how a little thing can turn into something like... a crusade... or a jihad... or an inquisition.

I read up on Vlad Dracula and Elizabeth Bathory recently, not that I didn't know who they were, but sometimes you just want to find out a little more.
It is hard to describe who is more disturbing, while you can write vlad off as a man defending his country, proof shows that while he was imprisoned he regularly impaled mice and birds - wow. Bathory on the other hand could be the worlds first serial killer but she didn't impale 100,000 people. They are both rumored to have drank human blood. Bathory delighted in torture, but I assume being impaled on a Pike, that is inserted through your anus and juts out of your mouth would also be considered a torture - he did it slowly mind you, so that you didn't go into shock. I think vlad's deads are far more severe, bathory however... really must have been fucked in the head.
Thoughts questions or concerns?

Though the dead tolls between the 2 are a drastic difference, 100,000 or so vs. about 600 you have to consider many of Vlad's were enemies.
Bathory not only drank the blood of many of her victims, she bathed in the blood of virgins. She had a bathtub placed in her torture dungeon underneath an iron cage with spikes in it just large enough for a couple girls to crouch in so they would be pierced to death so she could take a shower in the blood.
She had and took part in beating, stabbing, cutting with knives, starving, and often eviscerating them while they were still alive.
In my opinion, I would have to say Bathory was possibly worse, but I wouldn't debate either 1 not being psychotic.
