I know this post is a bit old, and I hope you're doing better across the whole spectrum of health issues.  But you particularly mention that its "very difficult for me to manage all social networks".  I definitely hear you on that.  But have you considered that the cause/effect relationship might be reversed?  That at least to some extent it's not that depression and anxiety make it hard to manage social networks, but that social networking (especially if you feel pressure to do it) creates or contributes to anxiety?  I know that's certainly the case for me.  Quitting Facebook was immensely good for my peace of mind.  SG is the only one I'm on anymore, even for work, and I try to keep it light here: no obligations, just fun.  That outlook helped me a whole lot, so please consider that you don't owe any of us anything.  We're glad you're here when you're here, however you want to be here.  And if it's what you really need, most of us will be glad for you not to be here.  No social network is even close to worth your emotional health.

When I think of addressing depression, I think of existentialism and the central idea of the search fo personal authenticity. It's like rummaging through a vast pile of keys trying to find the best-fitting ones that truly unlock doors on the path back to positivity.
