Abs and butt workouts don't work. I (slightly ashamed) have a really womanly ass for a guy. People often take the piss! But the reason is because I do a lot of running and sprints. Either on a track or a treadmill. 2-3 minutes running followed by a minute of sprinting. You will see the results in no time :)

So like I said in my previous blog, I've been way too tired working 2 part time jobs. I know it's not much but for someone who hasn't had a steady job for some time now it made a huge impact on my health and sleep routine. At the restaurant I would work from 10am to 3pm...
