What a cold and gross winter day it was! Overcast but no snow or rain. So what better way to cure my gloom and doom mood than to dress up, bake cupcakes, and make a mess? Plus, nothing beats a frosting-induced sugar high.

Nice! I like being original and being the only one who did something! Well, unless I'm the only one who "didn't show up," or "only one who didn't pay you back..." Yeah, there's a few "only one's" that I wouldn't like. But this one's good...
So I like the whole not being on the internet thing, except inevitably, when I do go back on, I have a compulsive need to catch up, then I get burned out, and then I don't do what I need to. I'll manage, I suppose. I should just make a net to-do list and that way I'll be more organized.
I hate the anonymity of the grocery store for two things, fruits and veggies and meats and fish. I like the person selling me those items to know me personally and know my tastes and how I like items cut, prepared, etc.
Otherwise though I'm buying doritos at 3 a.m. I'm with you.
