one of my doggos passed away last year. i still get teary eyed when i think of her sometimes. but as the time passes, the days get easier and the memories bring more smiles than tears.

It's stories like this, that I wake in the night twisted and uncomfortable because my furball has taken the bed, and I can't bring myself to move her. The day will come, sooner than I'll care for, when I'd give anything to hear her purring in her sleep, laying across my legs. There is nothing like the love shared with a furry family member.
