@martinmchugh73 thanks for sharing! do you mind me asking to tell me about bipolar, like what are your symptoms? To be honest, doctors have just listened to me and agreed with me thus far. From having a quick read from 'mind' it sounds like I have more bipolar symptoms that depression, I have manic highs often too. Anyway it's not so important which type of mental I am, more that we do our best to stay healthy, right!?

My mood swings could be severe and happen  quickly, confusion I wasn't able to concentrate, anxiety social awkwardness, my mind would constantly race I can't keep up with the pace of it, I have to slow myself down and try to bring myself back into the moment instead if getting so worked up..zoning out a lot..  just lost in your own head.. stuff like that as for how different to depression it is I'm not sure.
