The red lipstick looks good. I'm going through a bit of a rough time myself, I still get flare-ups which are always brought on by lots of stress, don't know if you find that? There's a new probiotic called VSL#3 you can get on the NHS that may help you as a preventative for the future rather than a cure. It's something like 3000 times stronger than Yakult eeek Didn't work for me but I might just have been unlucky. I'm convinced that mine would be better controlled if I sorted out my lifestyle a little.

I promised a more positive blog next time, so here it is.

I took a week out to recover, eat, get drugs and generally get into a better state- physically and mentally. Recurring illnesses are no fun...I really need to stay healthy now to keep this thing from coming back.

I just slept ALL DAY. Perhaps my body is trying to shut down now?
