happier blog: well. I got nothin. lost a bit more weight. really stoked on my body but if I keep losing weight I'll be back to a 0 and all gross and skinny again. i like the curves. better keep up those carbs. watching Observe and Report. uuuuhhhhhmmmm interesting...

back in high school a friend was a size 1/2 for her prom dress. I didn't know that existed till then, but just now you're telling me a zero is also a legit size. Wow. I *really* don't get women's sizing at all.
my nails peel and crack and split. i take vitamins. i don't understand what's wrong with them.

Mine do that when they're dehydrated, or if I don't trim/file them properly. Try a good nourishing hand and nail cream and be really careful if you trim or file them. It'll take a month or two to get better but it should help.

turns out I am not eating enough good fatty protein. so fattier meats, lot of avacado and nuts. that should do the trick. I've lost alot of weight since having the baby and unfortunately that hasn't been good for my nails. I'm not against it! I love avacado and a big burger or steak is wonderful. up the good fat, and work out a pinch more I guess.

Hmm lets see update from me? i had a girl friend(we broke up), got laid finally i mean only at 23? better late teh never right? umm my car tired to kill me a few times but i twisted my double helix and showed it what i was made of. Hit a rather depressing point where i was a tad suicidal and rather bleak but Im back in school part time and trying to get my life back since its fallen in to a mess. thats a short and sweet err bitter sweet version.
