Little hot flashes of anger come all the time. I usually breathe deep and exhale and neutralize my body language. I make certain I have considered the next thing I say. It cannot be a product of my anger. This is especially true with my wife and sons. If there is something or someone that makes me angry all the time, I remove it from my life.

I have been wearing hearing aids since I was 32. I worked as a bouncer for 9 years back when metal was king and cooked my hearing. It is the best money I ever spent.
