I'm ok ta; had a bit of a shit weekend physically but mentally my meds have been reduced (woohoo!) and the weight I've put on because of them (3 st! ) is going to come off, free on the NHS, when I start Slimming World on Tuesday so yeah, hopefully I will be slim and happy again before 2012

I don't drink Earl Grey a lot, but when I do I drink it with milk. Fuck anyone who tells you it's wrong. Drink it the way you like it. I'm a Tetley's man in the main, sometimes I go upmarket with the Twinnings, but not all too regularly.
A girl at my work has a kind of addiction to online stuff. She was telling me a few weeks ago that she blew close to 300 on bingo and online scratch cards. Online scratch cards, I tell you! This world is just full of people trying to hook you onto something that will bleed your bank account dry. I have a rather addictive personality and poker is my game really, but I'm staying away from the tables at the moment.
My day has been kinda average. 6 hour round trip to London for a 90 minute meeting. Gave me some time to bury my head in a book that I've been trying to get into reading for the last 12 months. GEB, it's something of a headfuck, but full of cool ideas. I prefer stuff like that rather than reading fiction. Stretches my brain a bit more.
