So I'm sitting in class today and my mind is wandering to everywhere from the origin of the new and most popular culprit in poor health,"trans-fat" to why it is so hard for some people to realize that they should just make like lemmings... Anyways, I was also thinking of saying hello to my fellow SG peeps I have been removed from this past month, so HI!
As I am trying to expand my already gigantic library of music, I freely commission you to leave me the name of a band and/or a song or an album for me to check out. I would greatly appreciate it. Please no metal unless it's pre 1980. Thank you my friends.

I am so glad finals are over... i had the BEST last two weeks ever! The most fun of my life! so, i came back home after 2 weeks of visiting friends with bruises ALL over my body and a chiped eye tooth (now it's like a fang)... it was SO worth the pain though, it was the break i needed.

I've been asking all of the people on my friends list the same thing for Christmas...and I'll cut you a deal. if you can help me, I will grant you a wish. anything within my power.
my Christmas wish is for you to find me a place in your town or area that my band can play at. We are beginning to book a tour for this summer and we're doing it all ourselves, so we need to get contacts to a variety of places (mostly in the eastern half of the US and Canada...we'll take contacts for out west, but we are probably not gonna go west of the rockies this year unless we can get ALOT of gigs out there).
so, if you can help us we'd love you forever. phone numbers to clubs, emails, websites, and even contacts to bands in your area that might be able to help us out would be wonderful, we'd definitely be willing to hook them up with a show in Detroit. We don't really have a specific genre of music we play, so we will go well with bands from any genre (granted, we usually play punk/indy shows, but our style of music would probably not be defined as such).
so anyway...merry christmas again .

My dad is going to the doctor tomarrow becuase he's had a 100+ temp. for a few weeks now and he's been very week and tired, but it's not like a typical cold. .. our relationship is just starting to get better for the first time ever... so i hope nothing is seriously wrong... he's late 40's and has been a smoker and overweight since...
