Another dentist appointment. And it never fails that I absolutely hate them.

This weekend has been filled to the brim with so many awesome things this next weekend, even more so! Gah!

So I got to go to one of the biggest swap meets on the west coast. Walked over 5 miles and still didn't cover everything. Ran into friends, talked with vendors and just enjoyed the art and the awesome parts and cars people have collected....

Lol was that DMC comment for me? It's been a while since I have seen a chopped car that was not channeled or sectioned. The last rod I was in had all 3 done and you could only get in if you were miniature size like me.

@tomiam ha! Not just for you. But I was waiting for it lol. Rustina's roof was cut into 6 sections and stitched together with sheet metal. Sadly, I don't think she will be around much longer. The previous owners had wiring issues and decided to just splice a new wiring harness in with the old one *face palm*. It's been a nightmare to tune her. I believe the effort to get her running right for a $500 fuck it project is not worth it, no matter how cool she may look. The time and money could go towards far more important projects in our driveway. As we are too fond to let anyone else take credit, she'll be parted out and as the Volvo community likes to say, we will "Crush it". I think we'll end up making another chopped Volvo though. Just need a better platform to start with on the next one. 

I gave her that D! As in drift, jeeze.

Sounds like you two were very lucky to have one another.  So sorry it happened. Life just isn't fair at all. Some of the sorriest, most evil, selfish people will live to be 100. @metlar yeah, I get that. I'm not looking to fork out that kind of cash all the time for a camera (although I would love to) I know the Xti we have has been used constantly since 2008, including brutal conditions for races (dust, rain and snow) and it just started acting up last year. Not a bad track record, I think I'll stick with Canon for now :)

Yeah man I hear that! I've pretty much only ever owned Canon gear. Lol that's just another thing that I'm really thinking about, it rains here so fuckin much and I shoot in so many different conditions I don't want a pussy camera that can't handle a bit of a bashing.

Happy Friday everyone!

Don't ever take your laptop charger for granted! As it is a tad bit more difficult to do this via cell phone. Anywho, hopefully I will be getting a new charger soon as I feel my life fleeting without it NoOoOo!!!! but other than that, I thought I'd pop in and say hi!

Stink! And they're such a bitch to replace sometimes too! I pretty much only use my phone for SG though, once you get used to it, it actually makes things much faster and easier. If you can, use Chrome as your browser, the other mobile browsers I've tried seem to not wana work well with SG.

Noooooooo I dread the day that ver happens. It sounds worse than forgetting your cell phone charger at home when you travel.
