Also quitting is one of the hardest things I've done. I can be an asshole, and high strung on some days. But for me it was like 3 weeks of "I'm going to slit throats". It's possible...just warn others when you are going to make another attempt, and apologize for being uber bitch before hand. It's what I did...at least to my family and friends. Co-Workers...had no idea what was coming towards them.
