Hey sweetie, I love to see words like I'm not quitting. Bad news is depressing but the important thing is that you don't have to remain depressed and I believe you already know that. My close friend who fought off cancer for decades told me that when a doctor says, well, you  know, I really can't help you, you need to believe it and don't pressure him or her to change their mind because they will just go through the motions of doing "something." You need to find a doctor who truly believes there is a meaningful way forward and wants to help you instead of sticking with one who has given up. I hope this helps. Bless you, dear.

Good to see you.  If you have the energy, share some pics.  I'm still subbed on Twitch if you ever go back to streaming.  Have you been playing anything new lately?  I'm trying to work through my backlog rather than play the same 2 or 3 games all the time.  Currently playing Atom RPG and really enjoying it.  I still get cravings for Stalker Anomaly, though, and even Fallout 76 now and then.  <3

If it in any way matters, I mistyped my June comment to render it in part quite meaningless. So, trying again: examine the benefits of being unattractive and then deal with them since the reality is that you're gorgeous, so you may as well embrace it. It's a gift so just use it even if there are occasional complications.
