He has a girlfriend. I have to tell her, the guilt is eating me up. I know he'll show her these blogs and be like "she just wants me for herself" but I don't. I do that's a lie but mostly I wan to be a good person. And the poor girl should know, right?

Yeah by virtue of the fact that it's you having thse guilt feelings and not him, I'd say he's a waste of time.
And if he's willing to do this to her, what makes you think he wouldn't do the same to you??
I think you deserve more than to be "the other woman". He's crazy if he has the chance to be with just you and doesn't jump on it.
