Here with SG I started to reflect on myself, my body and my way of thinking. I just started to care about following what I want, It gives me that strength that always motivates me :)

I was so nervous when I joined SG, I've always struggled with my appearance, having 3 older sisters never helped. Growing up I was always the "ugly sister" - I was the sister that nobody gave a second thought about.. It really affected my self confidence for a long time... But one day I decided to put myself out there! I wanted to model because my cousin modeled in her 20s, and actually my husband's cousin is an official SG , so that's cool too! But anyways, so I decided I also wanted to model! I thought it would be a fun way of self expression and could even help boost the confidence I had struggled with for so many years. I decided to sign up for SG and to my surprise I was accepted as a hopeful very quickly. I shot my first photoset , submitted it, and found myself in this wonderful community. I've made so many wonderful friends, some official SGs, some hopefuls, and even some members! All the love and support I've gotten from this community has forever changed who I am and I will always be grateful to have found myself here. <3 Thank you for giving us this space for self expression and sense of community @missy
