Wal-Mart Gets All Gay and Shit

Wal-Mart has turned to the dark side. The mega-store is sponsoring LGBT Diversity Week at Boise State University in Idaho. For those of you who don’t understand how horrible this is, LGBT stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender. Wal-Mart may was well be giving out a free cock and balls to every boy who shops at the store.

Thankfully, the American Family Association is on the job. The group has issued an “action alert” about Wal-Mart’s sponsorship. They failed to issue an action alert for Wal-Mart destroying towns, paying such low wages that employees have to go on welfare, or not offering health care to employees while the company makes billions in profits. But those things can all be overlooked because there is a greater evil out there: The gays. (And lesbians, bisexuals and transgenders – what ever the fuck that is.)

The American Family Association's action alert on takes Wal-Mart on with both guns blazing.


Wal-Mart has given its full endorsement to the homosexual agenda and homosexual marriage… Wal-Mart is joining the Pleasure Boutique (an adult bookstore which bills itself as "Idaho's largest selection of adult movies and DVDs and largest adult toy selection in Idaho") and other groups in sponsoring the week. Diversity Week is a week of celebrating homosexuality and promoting the homosexual agenda and homosexual marriage.


And if you didn’t catch it, Wal-Mart is endorsing the homosexual agenda and homosexual marriage. Keep fighting the good fight, American Family Association.

i don't know what is worse. wal-mart supporting the lgbt agenda to get more customers, or the lgbt accepting wal-mart money. the two groups stand in total opposition to one another. there has to be some kind of mistake.

I never thought I'd say this, but good for Wal-Mart. Any person or organization who can make family values groups get their collective panties all in a twist gets a smidgen of my approval. "Homosexual agenda"... I wonder if conservative groups actually think that there IS a mythical agenda floating around, like the Protocols of Zion only for the Stonewall set. Right now, there's probably someone in the American Family Association reading about Wal-Mart going over to the pink side, and muttering "The Glory Hole Illumanti have struck again!" to themselves. Wal-Mart should make all their greeters wear rainbow vests, just to rub it in even more.

I've always figured they keep harping on about the "homosexual agenda" as a form of misdirection. What better way for a group with an agenda to get scrutiny deflected from their agenda by accusing another group of having an agenda when they don't have an agenda.
