I am contemplating getting my first one soon. I think I might to some alcohol or something to boost my courage for it, though. *giggles* I am a big nerd, so I want to get "The Uncertainty Principle" tattooed on me somewhere. That in case you do not know, is a math equation. I am not sure where to put it, though. I have been giving several suggestions from friends and tattooists. I have been told wrist, ankle, back of neck, palm of my hand, shoulder, and of course the typical tramp stamp location. I am trying to determine which of those will be less painful. Although, I have been told by my brother who has several tattoos, that it doesn't really hurt. It just feels like you have a paper cut and it is getting rubbed over and over with your finger. So I am assuming that he is implying that it is more of a burning sensations than a stabbing one, like one would expect from a needle going in your skin repeatedly at a fairly fast pace.
