I'm tapering off meds with 5HTP and tyrosine (no great evidence for either but the logic that more building blocks for seratonin and dopamine may result in more of it being around makes sense, a little magnesium might help too as I think it is part of the enzymatic machinery involved in seratonin production). So far no teeth clenching anger (early sign of depression for me) but it is the season of light. Hope you transition to thriving soon!
