the cat seems to be feeling better. just got done wrestling with him, now my right arm is bloody.first time in over a month he's been that playful, so I think it's a good sign.

last weekend, we took the cat to the vet cause he had been drinking and peeing a lot. he was diagnosed with diabetes, and spent the rest of the weekend and Monday in the kitty hospital to have his blood sugar monitored. now he has to have twice daily insulin injections, and frequent checkups. he just became a very expensive pet, but we love him...

I'm just very clumsy with words. I don't wield them as beautifully or efficiently as some people do, so often I struggle with how to share a sentiment or feeling. I'm also very paranoid and worry people will misinterpret what I say.

So the 'delete' key on my keyboard is used fairly heavily.

the weather this weekend was awesome, sunshine and 75-80 deg both days. took advantage of the weather to get some long overdue yard work done. it wasn't too bad since it did involve playing with a chainsaw. I love power tools.
