GET HIGH...

...that boom, that crash, the flash...like an amusement park in the sky, but mother made...not by "man-destroyer": he's a ozone-brick layer with a quick hand to rev up your engine...

...sparks burst and the earth cries: "this world is my land"...land-owner shouts out: "this town ain't big enough for the both us"...AND it's not me who's gonna leave! Heavy sparks and a flash gordon queen-sized burst of lightning...man ain't cool enough to dig the clouds without his umbrella...

...sometimes the world seems postal-size: paper wrapped up in paper stuck with paper...licked glue...sent out...finger-printed by thieves and traitors...the water-mark highs, slit open by knives and last minute shavers by chums like me too cheap to buy a new razor...

...couldn't give up the highs for the lows: the highs prevented me from stepping lower, but when I was feeling low: all I wanted to do was get high.
