I do not refer to previous posts when I write. So if you've heard this before, dear reader, I kindly beg your indulgence, Or not. That, as always, is up to you,
I have always believed, as much as one can and still maintain some sense of balance, in the concept of the level playing field. Where one can, and there are certainly exceptions, all parties play by the same rules under the same conditions. No bias and no predisposition toward bias because "you" have done it before. Everything starts fresh, A new day, a new way, and "new eyes to see the dawn".
What does this have to do with SG, you may ask. (I'll wait.)
I believe there should be two live sets each day, AT LEAST ONE OF WHICH to be from a hopeful.
Since I joined in January 2010, I have seen so many sets from hopefuls that are worthy but somehow are neglected, passed over or virtually ignored, Doubling the number of live sets gives everyone a chance. It evens the playing field, And who's not for double the beauty in a day.
Nothing may come of this other than its just me talking out my ass again, But that's okay.
