I'm not sure if many other people are like me but sometimes I find it very enjoyable to take a long walk alone and to just be with myself, not necessarily thinking about bills or what I have to do next week but the crack on the sidewalk, or the way the sun setting makes the park feel more comfortable. It can be hard to spend time with yourself. When we sit down to dinner we normally have our own plate in front of us, and without a distraction normally our first instinct is to enjoy our plate. When you look into the sky or off into the distance it can be easy to miss what your l00king at because your busy thinking. I try my best to remember when I need to that tomorrow will be there, and even if it not, that should be more reason to express your happiness or to allow it to flow into your head as your mind clears out the stress.
I hope that you wake up in the morning with a smile, it's easy to say be happy when you yourself are happy. Just try your best to remember that when things get worse, it happens, it will always make things better when you try your best to smile.
