I completely understand why you would need a break from this site. I too haven't been on here much. Not that i have ever been a prolific blogger anyway...And Hopefully you have come out of hibernation (just in time for winter!), not always a healthy option. Though I have also been hibernating, then feeling guilty that I don't contact my friends, then hibernating some more (for me it has been sewing and watching Buffy). I also hope that you are feeling a lot better than you were last year, sounded like a scary place.

Golf, I can't comment on. I was just teasing my workmate for buying golf clubs at a garage sale (I on the other hand hand believe I found a fantastic deal, a $5 overlocker)..to be honest I can't imagine a more frustrating sport. But that's me, someone who usually ducks if there is a ball coming her way (actually an advantage on a golf course)

That new medication I started didn't work for very long. It gave me a bit of a lift but the depression just came back. I'd pretty much exhausted medication options and I new the next step in terms of treatment would be ECT (electro-convulsive therapy). At one stage I wouldn't have considered such a drastic measure but by now I was willing to try anything....
