Been a pretty crazy weekend, out in glasgow friday night and sunday night, saturday was less mad in my local pub... Tomorrow i go to Dublin... I am def giving my liver quite a workout!

In a few weeks tho i begin new training regime so need might as well be bad as i can lol

Have not used a sixk day all year and was looking forward to a good payday night out on friday, all changed now, 3 hours at hospital after nearly breaking my ankle. Luckily just severe swelling, possible ligament damage but last time i hot xray i required operation so least not as bad as that! No sexy nurses in sight tho!

Half way through the first workin day of the week, i hate monday morning with a passion!!!! Only 3 hours left and then i get to look forwardto playing football against the guys we beat in charity match last week, to wear gold medal or not?

3 hours until kickoff in tha charity game i am playing in, although its all for a good cause, the game is bein taken very seriously and the nerves have began to kick in! Wish me luck!

Exactly one week to go until i am taking part in a charity football game, one that is going to be very heated, i have to seriously jack up my fitness campaign this week, but i do not think i have done enough!

Its a rest day today and weather seems ok in Glasgow, think i might check out the merchant city festival to waste...

Got work started on 2 dragonball z tattoos today and i had the worst luck! Stencil on one piece was a nightmare! Then like 3 machines broke down! Luckily though all outline work down... Just sad i need to wait til august to get sole colour in them but know they will turn out amazing

Right i hate it when this happens, in agony from football yesterday set my heart on having an early night... Then i see one of my two must watch every time on tv movies is on. God dammit why do i love Demolition Man so much! Oh well i can work tired!

So it's friday, only 3 hours of work to go til it's the weekend. Euro 2012 starts tonight and i have lots of bets on! Lets hope i get some wins haha. Before i get home though i need to navigate through what will be a busy city centre as the olympic torch passing today
