Cool ideas.  The last one is based on something called "Basic Income" it's the economic theory that if you get rid of all government welfare and then augment it by giving everyone a basic income to do whatever they want then society will be far stronger and give people the opportunity to live their dreams.  Like in Star Trek where they don't have money and everyone works for the benefit of mankind by following the passions to the utmost.
