Yep. While I appreciate that there is a need to be ready for such events; the hype does tend to spin toward the Extreme. Wheather immigrants, storms, sensable health policies, etc. One would think Ragnarok was imminent.

We regularly get similar hype in the UK especially with the weather, we are going to have the coldest winter for 100 years!! They said the same last year & it was the mildest winter for a 100 years, do'h!! :D
