life can be so easy...in theory. it's just, that not everyone believes in this theory. and that is why it doesn't work. but, i continue to do my part. trying to be my easy. trying to be my happy.

i make a constant mistake to try and help people have this as well. cause for me, it seems so easy. so reasonable. overwhelming even, that i want to spread it with everyone. i think this is how it should be. life should be so overflowing that it spills onto everyone. spill in a good way. not spill like hot coffee on your crotch. but maybe spill like the way a yummy muffin overflows its cup...exploding. but, people don't want this. or maybe they do, but don't think they can actually have it. and so they hate me for it, and in turn want to share their world with me. their pain.

and i let them.

curry tonight. oh yeah, and in case people actually were thrown off by the "hook up with sixsixty" thing i was joking dammit. we all know it's CYPHER I'm hooked on.

there was this man in a small boat, floating down river. relaxing, shading his eyes with his big straw hat. pant legs rolled up to about knee high. and his shoes lay somewhere on the boat floor beneath. there he was just drifting along with the current. but this layed back relaxation was soon to be disturbed. by a young man trying to swim up river. the boat man, thinking he might help this younger man called out to him, "what are you doing?" the young swimmer replied "I'm swimming up river". "(no kidding)" the man thought to himself, "no, why are you swimming up river?". "because I want to see what's up there" the boy says. the man replies back "I've been up there, there's really nothing too special. or at least nothing more special than what's down river". the boy retorts back"but there must be something more important , because I have to work so hard to get there" the man in the boat shake his head, " my dear boy, look around, what could be more important that this? I've been where you are, thinking nothing is worth it unless you struggle for it. but if you leave it be you might just happen upon it. and don't get me wrong down river isn't all cream and potatoes, sometimes there are rapids and aligators, but I take them as they come, I don't go looking for them". the boy stops where he's at and thinks for a moment............."(is this man just lieing to me to get me to give up or something?, or is he telling the truth? he seems very meek and humble, and he was awfully nice with his words.........)" but while the boy was thinking about everything the man said, the man was still strolling down river. "wait!" , the boy cried out, "wait!" but the man could not hear him over the rushing waters, but he did notice that the boy was saying something in his direction, so the man thought he'll give it one more try and yelled" LOOK TO THESHORE!!, LOOK! ...... TO! ...... THE! ...... SHORE! " , "well I tried " the man in the boat said to himself, and returned to his relaxing position, humming a sweet little tune..... back to the boy, he was so busy swimming and worrying about his destination up river that he forgot to simply look around at the shore, so he starts to turn toward the shore, to him it feels as if it were an eternity, and there on the shore , up river, down river, and for as long as his little eyes could see. small boats, lined the river bank.


never give up trying to help boat man.
