Hahaha, sorry. Was in the process of adding more but got a pop. Its was a quick off the cuff vegan dish for banquet. Grilled tandoori portobello, roasted red pepper hummus, edemami quinoa, jicima & beets slaw. @chef
So my life has been a bit busy as of late. After coming back from the trip I won to NYC, which was Dope. I started a new position as sous chef at the new Double Tree in my area. It's different from what I'm use to and I miss my Goonies (old team). Still it's an exciting adventure and addition to my culinary story....
