Finally got a domain & real name:

http://www.istariconsulting.com

Yep. Time to plaster craigslist, etc. with ad posts.
I'm also corresponding with a recruiter about a contract at a well known wireless firm, whose name I probly shouldn't mention here. I would've sneezed at the offer awhile back but it's not too bad now considering the circumstances ...

Appendix A:

Yep ... cool beans ......

I have Asperger's also. I've never met someone else who had it (before now). We should start a club. One that has a treehouse.

I made an internet website: lookit

So yeah, I'm hoping for yet another (at the moment, potential) monitary inlet. Constructive crit welcome.

Okay, found a decent name, from Tolkien no less. I found it at ...

Who alone has reason to lie himself out of actuality? He who *SUFFERS* from it.

-- F. Nietzsche

A quite accurate observation, but I'm not referring to myself. It's quite necessary for me to be absolutely brutally honest with myself. It's the only way I can maintain some functional semblance of sanity.

Just got back from camping at Bishop Pass.

Climbed the lofty boulder strewn, snow-capped Mt. -i forgetitsname- gollum style wearing only rubber ducky emblazoned boxer shorts, and slid back down on a large drift of snow that I ended up waist-deep in.

All in all, a pleasant holiday.

In other news, I'm highly amused. And sunburned too, for that matter.
joyrider:
for it to really qualify as "gollum-style," you'd need someone dragging you along on a length of hemp rope.

...not going to ask, not going to ask.

Unfortunately she's not temporarily gone. frown But you can find her on livejournal...but it's not some peoples' thing. LJ i mean.

Email has got to be the crowning achievement of this, the information era. I just click "Get Msgs" from Mozilla Mail, and poof! a veritable bounty of digitized information appears in my virtual "In Box", and it's all for me me me!
Conversely, I can send messages to virtually anyone (with access) across this great mostly water-covered globe that I call home.
Truly, what a...

This onion article pretty much sums up family life for me:

95 Percent Of Opinions Withheld On Visit To Family

Best quote:

"Once you let go of the need to express your thoughts to your family, you suddenly feel much lighter," Wilmot said. "You just float along blissfully, finally liberated from the burden of having any presence at all. It's sort of like getting to...

I'm finding it hard to focus on just technically related work stuff ... I really lack the resolve at the moment to be so ... so ... thematically linear. Such things can make one conceptually unpallettable, you know.
But, the 6502 assembler is coming along at a rather sluggish pace since I'm such a lazy blob of crap. I've knicked a decent syntax overview from...
